What you will do
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding to ensure smooth implementation and data insight unlock.
- Own key success metrics including product adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and product-related client needs.
- Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Sales to represent client feedback and drive service improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or asset management in a client-facing role.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear client recommendations.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple accounts independently.
- Native-level French and fluent English are required.
- Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona or Paris on a hybrid basis.
Nice to have
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or IT.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Scandinavian languages.
