hirify.global is a fintech startup providing a SaaS platform that helps banks and wealth managers consolidate a full view of their clients' financial assets.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding to ensure smooth implementation and data insight unlock.
  • Own key success metrics including product adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and product-related client needs.
  • Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Sales to represent client feedback and drive service improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or asset management in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear client recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple accounts independently.
  • Native-level French and fluent English are required.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona or Paris on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or IT.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Scandinavian languages.
