What you will do

• Act as the lead consultant for key merchants and payment partners, aligning product suites with business objectives.
• Identify and drive high-value opportunities for portfolio expansion and solution adoption.
• Leverage data analytics to provide partners with actionable insights and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Global Product, Risk, and Engineering teams to refine the merchant journey for the Mexico market.
• Represent the company at industry events and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Payments, Acquiring, or Fintech Partnerships.
• Proven track record of growing multi-million dollar portfolios through strategic upselling.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into compelling narratives for executive decision-making.
• Proactive and resilient mindset suited for high-velocity environments.
• Must be based in Mexico City for on-site work.
