What you will do
- Act as the lead consultant for key merchants and payment partners, aligning product suites with business objectives.
- Identify and drive high-value opportunities for portfolio expansion and solution adoption.
- Leverage data analytics to provide partners with actionable insights and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Global Product, Risk, and Engineering teams to refine the merchant journey for the Mexico market.
- Represent the company at industry events and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Payments, Acquiring, or Fintech Partnerships.
- Proven track record of growing multi-million dollar portfolios through strategic upselling.
- Ability to translate complex data sets into compelling narratives for executive decision-making.
- Proactive and resilient mindset suited for high-velocity environments.
- Must be based in Mexico City for on-site work.
