What you will do

• Manage the internal improvement portal and transform employee proposals into implemented solutions.
• Drive 5S implementation and conduct audits to identify gaps and define corrective actions.
• Coordinate Kaizen workshops (including SMED and Jishuken) to identify losses and define concrete improvement actions.
• Develop and support the implementation of visual and operational Standard Work.
• Actively contribute to strategic plant-level projects focusing on digitalization, automation, and efficiency.
• Train and coach operators and team leaders on problem-solving, 5S, and waste awareness.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Automotive or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong process-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Very good MS Office knowledge.
