What you will do

• Provide technical support across vehicle systems, emphasizing diagnostics and root cause analysis.
• Resolve inquiries from customer dealers and internal teams via phone and electronic channels.
• Guide dealers through repair processes and ensure accurate case documentation.
• Collaborate with dealer technicians, internal agents, engineers, and project managers to resolve complex issues.
• Document cases and technical data in internal systems, escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate field engineer visits, engage in training, product knowledge exchange, and occasional vehicle testing.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• At least 5 years of automotive experience, ideally in a senior dealership workshop role.
• Degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical education.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics; EV, HV certification (e.g., HV EV Specialist / DGUV L2+ / IMI Level 4) is advantageous.
• Experience using diagnostic tools.
• Analytical, organized, and customer-focused mindset.
