What you will do

• Provide professional and disciplinary management for employees in the subordinate department, including personnel decision-making.
• Define, prioritize, and evaluate employee and department objectives.
• Oversee the transposition of the Quality Management (QM) system into the production process.
• Ensure implementation of safety, health, labor protection, and environmental protection norms.
• Manage all factory production functions (manufacturing, security, maintenance) to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
• Identify and implement process optimization proposals and structural improvements.

Requirements

• Higher Education in a technical field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the automotive industry in a leadership role.
• Advanced English proficiency is a must (German knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with process-oriented and analytical thinking.
