What you will do

• Manage employees professionally and disciplinarily, including personnel decisions in cooperation with Human Resources.
• Set, prioritize, support, and evaluate department objectives.
• Ensure the production of components and work groups according to customer requirements for efficiency, quantity, deadlines, quality, and cost.
• Coordinate manufacturing, security, maintenance, and other production functions, taking corrective action when deviations occur.
• Implement the quality management system in production and ensure compliance with safety, health, labor protection, fire safety, and environmental requirements.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and implement improved processes, structures, procedures, and methods.

Requirements

• Higher education in a technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the automotive industry in a leadership role.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Strong communication, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, process-oriented thinking, analytical, and proactive skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
