What you will do

• Provide professional and disciplinary management for employees in the Back End Area II department and make personnel decisions with human resources.
• Set, prioritize, support, and evaluate departmental and employee objectives.
• Translate the quality management system into production and ensure compliance with safety, health, labor protection, fire protection, and environmental regulations.
• Ensure all factory production functions, including manufacturing, security, and maintenance, and take corrective measures when deviations occur.
• Deliver department components and work groups according to customer requirements for efficiency, quantity, deadlines, quality, and costs.
• Identify optimization opportunities and implement improved processes, structures, procedures, and methods.

Requirements

• Higher education in a technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the automotive industry in a leadership role.
• Leadership experience and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English is required.
• Communication, process-oriented thinking, very good analytical skills, and proactivity.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
