What you will do

  • Define and manage mechanical requirements and translate stakeholder needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Maintain requirements traceability throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, systems, electrical, and software engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
  • Use requirements management tools to organize, track, and report on technical requirements.
  • Apply AI tools to support requirements analysis and reduce repetitive manual documentation work.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Technical University (Mechanical profile), starting from the 3rd year of studies.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering documentation.
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools, specifically IBM DOORS.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Basic experience in using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
