What you will do

• Support project teams in planning and implementing quality control measures.
• Provide methodical support to the development team using FMEA methodology.
• Collaborate on the definition and development of production management plans.
• Define specific parameters for testing equipment and verify their implementation during product development.
• Plan audits and manage identified deviations.
• Train the R&D team on quality control methodologies.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as 8D, approval tools, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Knowledge of quality improvement procedures including the 5S method, Lean Production, and PDCA cycle.
• Good knowledge of English and either German or Italian.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FMEA methodology.
