Project Quality Specialist (Automotive)

What you will do

• Support project teams in planning and implementing quality control measures.
• Provide methodological support to development teams, including the use of FMEA.
• Help define and develop production management plans and testing equipment parameters.
• Verify the implementation of quality parameters during product development.
• Plan audits and support the management of identified deviations.
• Train R&D teams in quality control methodologies.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, mechatronic engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar quality-focused position, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools, including 8D, approval tools, and statistical process control.
• Knowledge of quality improvement procedures such as 5S, Lean Production, and PDCA.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of English and either German or Italian is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FMEA methodology.
