What you will do

• Provide technical support and root cause analysis for vehicle diagnostics.
• Resolve complex technical inquiries from dealers and internal teams.
• Guide repair processes and ensure accurate case documentation.
• Coordinate Field Engineer visits and collaborate with project managers and engineers.
• Conduct vehicle testing and servicing arrangements when required.
• Escalate critical cases with detailed documentation to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive experience, ideally in a senior dealership workshop role.
• Degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical education.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and EV systems.
• Experience in using diagnostic tools.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.

Nice to have

• HV EV Certification (e.g., HV EV Specialist, DGUV L2+, IMI Level 4).
