What you will do

• Support product data management activities, including the creation of project and material structures.
• Execute the release of product documentation toward manufacturing plants.
• Prepare and submit data to the International Material Data System (IMDS) for customers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Project Leaders to clarify technical product data topics.
• Utilize MS Office and AI tools to perform data analysis, simplify repetitive tasks, and support reporting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Technical University (Mechanical profile preferred), starting from the 3rd year of studies.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Must be based in Iasi, Romania.

• Knowledge of Power BI.
