Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing)

Location: Ellesmere Port, United Kingdom; field-based sales role

Salary: £35,875 yearly base salary; £53,875 OTE, plus car allowance and uncapped earnings

What you will do

• Prospect for new business using self-sourced and company-provided leads.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs.
• Present, negotiate, and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Build customer relationships and manage accounts for up to 12 months after the sale.
• Review performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve client ROI.

Requirements

• Proven success in field sales or high-performing telesales.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, resilience, and presentation skills.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence required, with no more than six points.
