TL;DR
Business Development Executive (Forex): Identifying, acquiring, and onboarding Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and other business partners across global markets with an accent on lead generation, partnership sales, negotiation, and compliance coordination. Focus on building sales pipelines, closing partnership deals, optimizing conversion rates, and driving client deposits through newly acquired IBs.

What you will do
- Identify and prospect high-potential Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and other partners in the Forex industry.
- Develop outreach campaigns through direct communication, LinkedIn, email, and industry events.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, including follow-ups and lead-to-partner conversion.
- Present the value proposition, negotiate terms, and close partnership agreements.
- Coordinate contract negotiation, compliance checks, and onboarding of new IBs.
- Track KPIs including new IB acquisitions, client deposits, conversion rates, and onboarding success.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the Forex or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Forex trading, IB models, and partner networks.
- Proven experience developing and closing partnership deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
