Commercial Account Director (iGaming): Manage key customer accounts in online gaming, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling products, content, and market opportunities with an accent on strategic account management and performance optimization. Focus on delivering QBRs, KPI analysis, technical delivery, and closing complex sales deals while owning full customer relationships.
Hybrid in Gibraltar or Sliema, Malta. Regular travel to meet customers expected.

What you will do
- Identify and develop business opportunities by upselling and cross-selling products, features, content, and new markets.
- Provide ongoing account management to achieve annual revenue targets and accurate forecasting.
- Lead monthly/quarterly performance reporting, QBRs, and provide data-driven insights with strategic recommendations.
- Handle operators' daily issues, coordinate training, and ensure delivery of marketing/technical documentation.
- Support product pipeline prioritization from commercial perspective and contribute to service improvements.
- Represent the company to partners, own relationships, and manage full sales lifecycle including contracts and negotiations.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages advantageous).
- Experience in commercial roles in gaming (Sports or Casino) or high-growth tech industries.
- Core account management, communication, relationship building, and networking skills.
- Strategic, business-driven mindset with data-driven decision making and KPI analysis.
- Project management, confident presentation, and complex negotiation skills.
- Understanding of iGaming technology principles and legal agreements.
