What you will do
- Manage post-sales relationships for a portfolio of Enterprise customers across Thailand and the SEA regions.
- Lead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions to ensure long-term customer success.
- Conduct regular check-ins, usage reviews, and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with key stakeholders.
- Analyze customer data to surface insights, troubleshoot challenges, and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Support teams to drive product improvements based on customer feedback.
- Support renewal conversations and identify opportunities for feature adoption or account expansion.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Mandatory proficiency in the Thai language.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience handling multiple accounts.
- Analytical mindset capable of turning data insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work from the Bangkok office.
Nice to have
- Exposure to mobile marketing, martech, or analytics platforms.
- Understanding of SDKs, APIs, or mobile attribution tools.
- Experience working directly with product or technical teams.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows.
