What you will do

• Manage long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level leaders across key enterprise accounts.
• Drive revenue growth through expansion into new business units, services, and geographies.
• Develop and execute multi-year account growth strategies and comprehensive account plans.
• Bridge the gap between Business Development and Delivery to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality execution.
• Proactively manage account health to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize churn.
• Lead and develop the account management function, establishing KPIs and standardized playbooks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, consulting, or technology services.
• Proven track record of growing large enterprise accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in both sales and delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, specifically with C-level executives.
• Strategic thinking capability to translate client needs into actionable growth plans.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bangkok, Thailand to support the hybrid working policy.
