What you will do

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients to ensure successful product integration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and resolve their concerns.
• Conduct training sessions to improve the knowledge and skills of clients using the software.
• Lead impact review sessions to prove the ROI and value of the platform.
• Strategize with sales leads to grow existing business and win new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the wider team to solve technical issues and maintain first-class customer service.

Requirements

• Professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success within the programmatic space.
• Hands-on experience with DV360 or The Trade Desk.
• Fluent in Thai and English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in or around Bangkok.
• Strong analytical rigor and detail-oriented approach to project management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok.
• Previous experience working in a startup environment.
• Advanced mathematics studies or a degree in mathematics.
