What you will do

  • Drive monetisation and revenue growth by proactively engaging partners and educating them on hirify.global platform value.
  • Introduce, educate, and convert partners to hirify.global’s payments solution throughout the sales cycle.
  • Optimize partner listing content and availability on the marketplace to maximize conversions.
  • Act as a dedicated advisor, recommending suitable products and assisting with product adoption.
  • Build strong partner relationships through video meetings and effective communication of features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, onboarding, and product teams for smooth partner transitions and product feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in account management delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Commercially motivated with ability to adapt and achieve targets.
  • Proven experience using and analysing data to improve commercial results.
  • Proactive, inquisitive mindset with desire to learn and improve.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Self-starter with initiative, creative problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Bi-lingual fluency or conversational English and Thai.
  • Experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Previous teleprospecting or outbound sales experience.
