What you will do

  • Manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects
  • Generate value for potential customers by booking product demonstration webinars and calls
  • Manage prospect expectations and overcome objections
  • Reach and exceed KPIs including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and deals won
  • Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full closing sales role

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and German
  • Recent graduate or at the start of your career
  • Comfortable communicating with new people and asking questions
  • Motivated by targets, results, and personal development
  • Resilient, organised, and proactive
  • Curious about sales, business, and company growth; willing to learn and be coached
