TL;DR
Business Development Manager (SaaS): Driving international growth through outbound prospecting and strategic account development with an accent on industrial EHS Connected Worker technologies. Focus on engaging C-level stakeholders in manufacturing and automotive sectors and managing the full sales cycle to expand the global footprint.
Location: Hybrid (Lisbon or Leiria, Portugal). Must spend at least 3 full days per week at the office.

What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize outbound campaigns and automation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline forecasting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, SaaS sales, or international technology sales.
- Proven track record in generating pipeline through cold outreach and outbound prospecting.
- Experience selling complex technical solutions and engaging senior decision-makers (C-level).
- Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Spanish or other additional languages.
- Experience or an existing network within Manufacturing, Utilities, or Automotive sectors.
- Knowledge of Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms.
