What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the EMEA fenestration market.
- Engage mid-market to enterprise-level window, door, and glass manufacturers.
- Conduct market mapping, territory planning, and account-based prospecting.
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover operational, commercial, and technology challenges.
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing on regional campaigns and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience selling to or working within the fenestration (window, door, glass) or similar industries.
- Proven success selling complex B2B or enterprise software solutions with long sales cycles.
- Experience engaging C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Bilingual proficiency: English plus at least one additional European language required.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work in Lisbon, Portugal.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
- Experience with ERP, estimating, manufacturing, or production software.
- Experience selling into multi-site or project-driven manufacturing environments.
