Location: Hybrid approach with 2 days a week onsite in Livingston, Leeds, or London (Osterley)

What you will do
- Lead a team of Change Analysts to ensure the safe delivery of changes and platform reliability.
- Manage the end-to-end change process, ensuring clear communication and collaboration between technical teams and external suppliers.
- Provide visibility and reporting on change-related risks to 's Leadership to ensure informed decision-making.
- Develop a center of expertise for change management and drive continuous improvement and capabilities across the organization.
- Define the vision, priorities, and requirements for service reliability and Change Delivery processes.
- Mitigate future release risks through continuous learning and process optimization.
Requirements
- Proven people leadership experience, including motivating high-performing teams in fast-paced, multi-country environments.
- Demonstrable experience in Service Reliability or Service Operations managing complex risks and competing priorities.
- Strong technical understanding of complex architectures, including DevOps, Agile, and SRE practices.
- ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory.
- Significant stakeholder management and communication experience across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive efficiency within an ITIL function.
