Delivery Manager

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, Nottingham based (40% in the office)

What you will do

• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of projects or workstreams.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and resource forecasts.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, cost, scope, and time expectations while tracking progress.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
• Establish delivery governance, produce reporting, dashboards, and RAID logs.
• Promote Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches and support supplier management.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex projects or programmes in corporate or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, or hybrid).
• Excellent partner management, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies handling.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital, technology, or transformation programmes.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or SAFe.
• Experience with third-party suppliers or systems integrators.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
