What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects
• Act as primary client-facing contact and manage stakeholder relationships
• Apply agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams and teams
• Identify, manage risks, and contribute to governance and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience working in the betting and gaming industry
• Proven experience in Delivery Lead, Agile Delivery Manager, or similar roles
• Strong expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean/Startup)
• Understanding of SDLC practices including BDD and collaborative techniques such as Three Amigos
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement skills
• High emotional intelligence, commercial awareness, and ability to manage ambiguity
