What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with product and engineering leads.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Facilitate project governance, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior and C-level executives.
• Lead and motivate project teams to overcome dysfunctions and ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor junior colleagues and coach teams on industry best practices and internal ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a delivery-focused role.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale multi-team projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders up to C-level.
• Strong background in change management principles and problem-solving.
• Capacity to prioritize effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Must be able to work from the London office 2-3 days per week.
