What you will do
- Proactively cold call potential sellers, articulate platform benefits, and drive acquisition.
- Guide new sellers through onboarding for a smooth start on the platform.
- Provide strategic consultation to align seller goals with marketplace optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics and collaborate on improvements with cross-functional teams.
- Educate and support sellers on tools, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales and/or Account Management, ideally in fast-paced commercial environments.
- Hands-on background in e-Commerce with understanding of online marketplace dynamics.
- 2+ years in a similar role with consistent performance.
- Experience in Seller Onboarding or Seller Support highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Seller Portal tools or marketplace dashboards a strong plus.
- Very good English skills (at least C1 level)
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer-centric mindset.
