Solution Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (Europe). Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic or the assigned territory (Italy, France, Spain, Germany, or Portugal) with a 20% hub office presence requirement.

What you will do

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct demonstrations of Payment Terminals and services to sign new merchant logos.
• Manage existing client accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly quotas.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and product specialists to deliver end-to-end unified commerce solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1+) is mandatory.
• Native or proficient knowledge of the local language (Italy, France, Spain, Germany, or Portugal) depending on the assignment.
• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within payments, financial services, or technology solutions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional European languages beyond the local language requirement.
