TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of Mid Market and Enterprise customers in EMEA to ensure ROI and growth with an accent on business strategy and customer outcomes. Focus on executing success plans, conducting EBRs, and reducing churn through proactive engagement.
Location: Hybrid in Prague (2–3 days in office per week)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Mid Market and Enterprise customers within the EMEA region.
- Partner with clients to establish clear business goals, timelines, and success metrics.
- Lead end-to-end Success Plan execution and conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
- Act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance on work management challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product teams to enhance the customer journey.
- Monitor account metrics to identify growth opportunities and proactively manage churn avoidance.
Requirements
- Full fluency in English and German is required.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or a customer-facing role supporting mid-market clients.
- Experience working with Marketing, IT, Professional Services, or PMO teams.
- Knowledge of project management, business process redesign, and change management.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Prague.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership.
