What you will do

• Understand customer use cases and processes to provide optimal guidance on hirify.global optimization
• Proactively reach out via email and phone (80% of time on calls) to share best practices and drive efficient usage
• Maximize customer lifetime value by unlocking product potential and team adoption
• Drive net retention through upsell and cross-sell activities

Requirements

• 1+ years in customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Support)
• Fluent English
• Prepare to work evening shift (15:30 - 00:00)
• Strong communication skills to present complex ideas engagingly
• Business acumen to identify customer objectives and pain points
• Passion for teaching and diving into product technical details
• Ready for sales aspects: demos, negotiations, pipeline management, deal closures
• Excellent people skills, organization, and time management
