What you will do

• Craft and manage the product roadmap based on data and customer input.
• Identify and develop features to drive product growth and business value using jobs-to-be-done frameworks.
• Prioritize features using insights from customer behavior, product usage, and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with tech, operations, marketing, lead generation, and sales stakeholders to co-create the product vision.
• Lead a development team, translating product needs into functional requirements for high-quality delivery.
• Balance the optimization of future product improvements with the stability and performance of existing platforms.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a product management role leading agile squads.
• Proven ability to combine strategic vision with practical execution.
• Propensity to innovate using AI tooling (e.g., Claude).
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written); ability to collaborate across cultures.
• Experience in fast-paced digital environments (B2B, B2C, e-commerce, or auctioning).

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or auctioning products.
• Proficiency in German, Dutch, or Swedish.
