TL;DR

Location: Ideally based in Delft, Netherlands (hybrid). Europe-based remote candidates are considered, but bi-weekly in-person presence in Delft is required.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product narrative, translating AI capabilities into clear value propositions for customers and the market.
- Drive alignment across multiple product teams, stakeholders, and leadership around shared directions and launch plans.
- Identify and lead high-impact "big bet" initiatives, defining success and pushing them forward decisively.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) execution in partnership with marketing, sales, and enablement.
- Provide stable interim leadership during a maternity cover period to keep long-term strategy intact.
- Distill complex product strategies and trade-offs into clear executive narratives for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven track record in product leadership and bringing products to market.
- Strong professional experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Ability to operate and drive change within complex, multi-team setups.
- Must be based in Europe.
- Must be able to maintain a bi-weekly in-person presence in Delft, Netherlands.
