What you will do

• Develop product initiatives and measurable goals (OKRs) based on data and metrics.
• Support the Product Director in maintaining and prioritizing the product roadmap.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct competitor research and assess market capabilities to identify strategic opportunities.
• Analyze product usage and adoption patterns to guide future investment decisions.
• Collaborate with R&D, GTM, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align product direction.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in a Product Management or Product Owner role.
• Proven track record of working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid: 2-3 days).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience in Martech, such as Creative Automation, DAM, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in a scale-up environment.
