What you will do

• Define vision and roadmap for AI content ingestion aligned with Search & AI platform objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering to build scalable and maintainable data ingestion workflows.
• Own end-to-end AI content ingestion initiatives translating product needs into engineering requirements.
• Balance multiple stakeholder inputs and prioritize product roadmap using data-driven decisions.
• Partner with teams to define data quality, contracts, and service expectations for AI content.
• Drive insights to improve content discoverability and reuse across products.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in London or Amsterdam.
• Experience in data platforms or data-intensive environments collaborating with engineers and data scientists.
• Familiarity with data processing technologies such as Airflow, Spark, or EMR.
• Understanding of data support for AI, search, or recommendation use cases and data quality assessment.
• Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
