What you will do
- Design and optimize monetization strategy including free-to-paid journeys, upgrade flows, pricing pages, and feature gating.
- Define subscription models, trial structures, and pricing tiers based on user behavior and business goals.
- Run A/B tests and experiments on pricing, packaging, and conversion to boost LTV, retention, and revenue.
- Own product roadmap for monetization, prioritizing initiatives and communicating trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, data, and AI teams to deliver high-impact experiences.
- Leverage analytics, feedback, and market insights to iterate on strategies and identify AI-enabled opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with focus on growth, monetization, or conversion optimization.
- Proven experience managing subscription-based or freemium SaaS/B2C funnels.
- Strong UX intuition to optimize user journeys for conversion.
- Understanding of monetization strategies, pricing psychology, and feature gating.
- Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modeling, funnel metrics, statistical testing.
- Experience with engineering/design for rapid experiments and iterations.
- Excellent communication to articulate hypotheses, results, and trade-offs.
- Familiarity with agile, outcome-based roadmaps, backlog prioritization.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech, marketplaces, or job search platforms.
- Hands-on with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly.
