What you will do
- Lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets and set performance quotas.
- Generate new business leads via cold calling and industry event attendance.
- Sell booth spaces, sponsorships, and integrated packages to new and existing customers.
- Manage the customer pipeline and track progress using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with event and marketing teams to develop attraction campaigns.
- Coordinate with Finance to resolve overdue payments and manage commission processes.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in sales within the service industry.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Thai.
- Proven ability to lead teams and set sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of the Event Organizer or Exhibition industry.
