What you will do

• Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Thailand to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to optimize campaign performance.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular meetings and calls.
• Expand the partner network by pitching and onboarding new hotels.

Requirements

• Proven 5 years’ experience in contracting in Tour Operating, DMC, Hospitality, or Bed Banks in Thailand.
• Excellent negotiation skills and analytical abilities.
• Deep knowledge of the Thai market and existing contacts with key industry players.
• Fluent English proficiency; French is a plus.
• Must be based in Thailand and available for frequent domestic travel.
