What you will do
- Lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets, set performance quotas, and train team members.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Manage the sale of booths, sponsorships, and fully integrated packages to new and existing customers.
- Monitor customer pipelines and track revenue targets using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to develop attraction campaigns.
- Coordinate floor plan availability and support Finance with payment collections and agent commissions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales within the service industry.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
- Proven ability to lead teams and set achievable sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
- Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
