Location: Candidates must be based in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin. (KS or MN require part-time office attendance; others can be remote.) Employees based near offices expected to work on-site at least once per week.

Salary: $73,000-$85,000

What you will do

• Lead mid-to-large scale experience projects from kickoff through execution, managing timelines, budgets, and workflows.
• Serve as primary client contact, facilitating calls, presenting updates, and building strong relationships.
• Design and execute experience elements including agendas, venues, F&B, transportation, gifting, collaborating with design and sourcing teams.
• Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts, onsite staffing, and travel for site visits (approx. 25%).
• Handle post-project reconciliation, billing, debriefs, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in event planning and client services (agency experience preferred)
• Proven success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain professional presence
• Must be based in specified US states; hybrid office requirement for KS/MN and near-office employees
