What you will do

• Manage end-to-end software implementation projects.
• Drive delivery across timelines, scope, budget, risks and customer expectations.
• Lead project meetings, status reporting and governance activities.
• Coordinate consultants, customer stakeholders and project activities.
• Support testing, rollout, training and change activities.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure customers achieve successful business outcomes and strong adoption.

Requirements

• Experience managing IT or software delivery projects in consulting, SaaS or professional services environment.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence communicating with customers and internal technical teams.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Experience with structured project delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• PRINCE2, PMBOK or similar certification.
