What you will do
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth for the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and develop the sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams.
- Close new business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
- Build strong, effective relationships with customers to deliver expected business value.
- Drive expansion through independent work and team collaboration for up-selling and cross-selling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS software technology to enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and objectives.
- Deep understanding of the full sales cycle: from lead generation and development to opportunity management and closing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions.
- Consultative and value-based approach to selling open source software for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
- Experience with the UK market.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of other NoSQL databases, graph, or search data platforms.
