What you will do

• Lead engineering teams developing the hirify.global platform, including customer-facing apps, marketplace, billing, payments, and customer care.
• Drive continuous improvement of technology stack, processes, and structure to boost velocity and quality.
• Direct GenAI integration across R&D to optimize development and enhance platform capabilities.
• Modernize mobile and web apps into AI-native experiences for personalized user and driver interactions.
• Oversee marketplace platform managing real-time interactions with users, drivers, fleets, and third-party providers.
• Maintain accountability for mission-critical operational systems like billing, payments, fraud prevention, and customer care tools.

Requirements

• Remote leadership: strong skills to inspire, motivate, and manage distributed teams under remote challenges.
• Inspiring people leader with track record developing high-performing teams of >50 engineers.
• 10-15+ years technical experience, including 5+ years managing high-scale systems with AWS, K8S, Golang, Ruby, React.
• Track record adopting GenAI tools in SDLC and leading design/architecture activities.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, team structures like Squad model, and commercial tech impact.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, meet deadlines, prioritize, and innovate.
