What you will do

• Lead end-to-end employer branding strategy and campaigns to ensure measurable results.
• Scale strategic partnerships with external organizations, universities, and industry networks.
• Develop and elevate the employee ambassadorship program to amplify company culture.
• Manage and improve presence on social media and reputation platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
• Identify international conference opportunities and provide end-to-end support for speakers.
• Manage budgets and use research data to refine growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employer branding, ideally in-house.
• Proven ability to define strategy and lead initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, Marketing, Communications, and Leadership.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• High ownership mindset with strong storytelling and influencing skills.
• Tech-savvy approach to using digital tools and platforms.
