What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial role briefing through to offer and acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across business functions as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct proactive sourcing to build talent pipelines for recurring positions.
- Promote the employer brand through social media, events, and local partnerships.
- Analyze hiring data to conduct retrospectives and optimize recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and interviewing.
- Proficiency in proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and platforms like hackajob.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring processes while keeping stakeholders engaged.
- Strong relationship-building skills for effective stakeholder partnership.
- Data literacy and experience with ATS/HRIS systems and employment regulations.
