TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Cambridge, UK). In-office expectation: Once a week

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial role briefing through to offer and acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across business functions as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing to build talent pipelines for recurring positions.
  • Promote the employer brand through social media, events, and local partnerships.
  • Analyze hiring data to conduct retrospectives and optimize recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and interviewing.
  • Proficiency in proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and platforms like hackajob.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring processes while keeping stakeholders engaged.
  • Strong relationship-building skills for effective stakeholder partnership.
  • Data literacy and experience with ATS/HRIS systems and employment regulations.
