What you will do

• Execute paid social campaigns, including account setup, strategy development, and management.
• Optimize campaign performance through target development and creative testing.
• Manage bids and budgets to eliminate waste and maximize growth.
• Generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using analytics and trend tools.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to oversee client interactions and workflow management.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Paid Social or relevant roles.
• Proven experience buying paid ads on Meta.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including the creation of pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail in keyword research and ad copy creation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple clients and internal initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with external and internal teams.

Nice to have

• Experience buying paid ads on TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, or X.
