Location: Work from anywhere in the world, modern offices in Kaunas or Vilnius (Lithuania), or Indonesia available.

Salary: €5,450 - €7,100 gross per month (discussed individually).

What you will do

• Assess legal risks for products and features, review new developments, and develop compliant solutions with product teams.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to business stakeholders in product, marketing, and other teams.
• Stay proactive on regulatory changes in hosting/domain industries and take necessary actions.
• Develop and update internal procedures, policies, and documents for legal compliance.
• Draft, review, negotiate commercial contracts (software, vendors, marketing) and create standard agreements.
• Handle special projects, legal initiatives, and compliance efforts.

Requirements

• Master's in Law (LL.M.) with 8+ years hands-on experience as in-house counsel or law firm, preferably tech sector.
• Proficiency in legal guidance across diverse matters, risk assessment, navigating ambiguity, prioritizing tasks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and team skills; detail-oriented with big-picture view.
• Curiosity to investigate unfamiliar legal issues.
• Excellent written/oral communication in Lithuanian and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulatory or IP law matters.
