TL;DR

Focus on managing MAR obligations, drafting complex business contracts, and ensuring legal alignment across multiple jurisdictions.

Location: Hybrid or On-site in Warsaw, Poland

One of the leading independent AAA game development studios with over 20 years of experience in the shooter genre.

What you will do

  • Prepare and provide legal drafting on company law matters, including resolutions and meeting minutes across different jurisdictions.
  • Advise public listed companies on securities law, MAR obligations, WSE rules, and reporting compliance.
  • Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including commercial contracts, financing, insurance, and internal policies.
  • Analyze business and legal conditions to identify and mitigate associated risks.
  • Monitor changes in applicable laws and ensure documentation complies with internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors and support other members of the Legal Team on ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in law with attorney-at-law or advocate status.
  • 6+ years of experience practicing general corporate, securities, and business law.
  • Strong working knowledge of MAR-related obligations and securities laws.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1+) for daily professional communication.
  • Ability to work independently within a multicultural team environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of data protection, consumer, and digital services laws.
  • Experience within the video game or technology industry.
  • Personal passion for gaming.
