What you will do

• Analyze and mitigate legal risks across international jurisdictions, specifically North America and Europe.
• Implement compliance frameworks for marketing, payment systems, and consumer rights.
• Draft and revise commercial contracts, internal policies, and regulatory documentation.
• Translate complex legal requirements into actionable business solutions.
• Collaborate with international business partners, law firms, and service providers.
• Develop and optimize legal processes to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent English (including legal drafting) is required.
• 3-4+ years of relevant experience in an international law firm or IT product company.
• Strong initiative and ability to solve complex legal issues creatively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate legal jargon into business language.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong organizational and self-management skills.

Nice to have

• Expertise in US and EU consumer protection laws (FTC Act, ROSCA, OMNIBUS Directive).
• Experience advising on business operations throughout the product life cycle, including compliance and IP matters.
