Location: Onsite in San Salvador, El Salvador. Candidates located outside of El Salvador will be considered only if they are willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Lead projects end-to-end from planning through execution as the primary project owner.
• Define and maintain structured work plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage critical paths and roadmaps to ensure timely delivery in high-pressure environments.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Coordinate between technical and non-technical teams to align execution with business objectives.
• Manage communication with high-demand stakeholders and report progress to local and international leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects end-to-end with a focus on execution.
• Proven ability to create and execute work plans, timelines, and critical paths.
• Professional English proficiency required.
• Availability to work onsite in San Salvador.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience working on software development and digital projects.
