What you will do

• Own the roadmap and delivery of an AI-driven product area spanning internal platform capabilities and customer-facing features like LLM Gateway, embeddings, and model support.
• Track new AI and LLM model developments, assess fit for Cognigy's use cases, and define adoption strategy.
• Partner with technical engineering, design, customer-facing, and go-to-market teams to define builds, rationale, and success metrics.
• Prototype ideas using modern AI tooling to accelerate discovery and alignment.
• Navigate architectural trade-offs in performance, cost, scalability, and reliability at enterprise scale.
• Balance foundational capabilities with evolving AI landscape shifts.

Requirements

• Strong technical fluency and deep curiosity in agentic AI and LLM space; read model releases, have opinions on approaches/providers, hold own in architecture discussions on inference, routing, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, agentic systems.
• Hands-on: prototype with modern AI tooling, experiment with new patterns, bring practical understanding to product decisions.
• Navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, move from concept to execution while focusing on customer value.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with international distributed teams, demonstrating impact on product quality and business outcomes.
• Ownership mindset, initiative, drive work to completion.
