What you will do
- Own and drive strategic product narratives and capability positioning across platform and solution pillars.
- Implement an AI-native PMM operating model using LLM agents and automations to scale output and speed.
- Design and execute the end-to-end launch operating system for tier-1 and tier-2 initiatives.
- Evolve pricing and packaging narratives to support expansion, upsell, and NRR growth.
- Develop high-impact sales enablement assets such as battlecards, persona narratives, and value messaging.
- Lead analyst relations and build a systematic, AI-leveraged competitive intelligence function.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, including prior leadership of a PMM function.
- Proven track record of improving retention or expansion (NRR impact) through positioning or packaging.
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM and agent tooling (e.g., Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT).
- Ability to independently draft core messaging and narrative materials.
- Must be based in or able to work remotely within Germany.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in compliance, risk, supply chain, or ESG regulated B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience operating within European enterprise contexts.
