What you will do

• Own the entire product lifecycle from strategy, development, launch, to continuous improvement and business performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, regulatory, and clinical experts to identify market needs and translate them into offerings.
• Lead user research, usability studies, roadmap and release planning for digital products.
• Support go-to-market activities, sales enablement, and present launches to stakeholders.
• Develop commercial guidelines including pricing, terms, and legal agreements; monitor trends and compliance.
• Evaluate business potential for Torin Suite features like AI-powered prediction and analysis.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken, company language)
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years equivalent experience in product management; strategic marketing or technical experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, preferably in operating rooms.
• Experience with IT solutions in hospitals/OR, implementing roadmaps, and presenting in large forums.
