What you will do

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for build acceleration capabilities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
• Translate customer needs and data into prioritized product requirements and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with AI teams to develop AI-driven features leveraging platform data.
• Guide engineering delivery and partner with sales/marketing on go-to-market strategies.
• Evaluate trends in DevOps, CI/CD, and AI tooling to inform product direction.

Requirements

• Extensive B2B product management experience in enterprise software or developer tooling.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, build acceleration, and software delivery pipelines.
• Background as software engineer or CS degree.
• Proven product strategy execution and data-driven roadmap management.
• Understanding of enterprise ecosystems including Java, JavaScript, Python build tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace.
